I offer training that assists each client in self-integration, including both counseling and technology-based approaches.  This site has some informational pages to help inform you about what I do, how I might be able to fit your needs, and some useful information on a few of the technologies that I use.
  Generally, the approaches that I like to use help one to find greater meaning in what they do, act with greater coherence, and derive greater enjoyment from life. Most of those involve accessing your heart's wisdom.
  And sometimes, there is a healing!

We use equipment from Integrated Listening Systems, Heartmath, Zyto, Cortical Metrics and other technology-based approaches.

We offer training in Personal Self Integration as well as non-denominational Spiritual Counseling and other approaches to life-enhancement. We support a variety of wellness practices, and like to note that Wellness begins in the heart! So we ask out hearts to be our guide...

I do encourage questions about my practice- some of the things I do are not well-known- but they have all been worthwhile for me to learn, study, and teach to clients and students. And for the most part, they are fun!
